Preferred File Preparation for Text and Images
Please follow these guidelines for images and content prep as this will ensure that no time is wasted in starting and completing you projects.
Please send Images and graphics as a bitmap (.BMP) or Photoshop file(.PSD). All bitmapped graphics for non-print use should be RGB format and not CMYK. For vector based graphics supported file types include Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Post Script (.EPS), Flash (.FLA/.SWF). Submit files via e-mail, CD, DVD or contact us to upload to your secured area on our servers.
Text should be sent as a Microsoft Word document (.DOC). Content must be spell checked and written exactly as you wolid like it to appear on the finished product. Make it clear if certain words or headings must be in bold or any other text effect is required. Submit files via e-mail, CD, DVD or contact us to upload to your secured area on our servers.
All special Font files sholid be provided, unless prior arrangement is made for us to purchase the desired font. It is important to note that Mac Fonts are not always available in PC version and vice versa. In this event it might be neccessary to choose another font closest in style for each platform.
If Digital Video is provided, files should be in an uncompressed Quicktime or MPEG format.
